If it's a cartridge, only the cartridge is quoted. If the body is cracked or corroded beyond repair, replacement is quoted with options.
A clear written price covering parts and labour is provided before any work begins. If you've already purchased a replacement faucet, bring it out — the quote will cover supply and installation. No work starts without your approval.
Cartridge replacement, O-ring resealing, valve seat resurfacing, or full faucet swap — completed using manufacturer-spec parts. Supply lines, escutcheon plates, and drain assemblies are checked and tightened as part of the same service.
The faucet is run at full hot and cold pressure. Supply connections, the body, and the drain are rechecked for drips. The under-sink cabinet is left dry and clean. Any old faucet parts are removed from the premises.
