My kitchen faucet stopped working suddenly and I called Andrew. He arrived the same day (Sunday!), quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly. He recommended replacement parts thoughtfully, helped me choose a new faucet and completed the work efficiently. His pricing was very fair, especially for a weekend visit. Excellent service, professional and reliable (this wasn’t the first time I’ve used him). Highly recommend!

We recently had Andrew come out to fix a stubborn clog in our sink, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Not only did he clear the blockage quickly and efficiently, but he identified a few additional issues that could have turned into major problems down the line and fixed those as well.
What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything - what he found, why it mattered, and what our options were. There was no pressure, just honest, knowledgeable guidance. Andrew was punctual, professional, and incredibly respectful of our home, leaving everything clean.
It’s rare to come across someone so skilled and trustworthy in this line of work. We feel lucky to have found him and will absolutely call Andrew for any future plumbing needs. Highly, highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the service Andrew provided. He went above and beyond, using his ingenuity to properly install our new kitchen faucet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained how we should further maintain the faucet. He arrived on time and tidied up before he left. He even told us to drain our hot water tank annually and to call him if we have any questions. We will definitely use Andrew's services again.

I had a problem with the valve just above the furnace for the waterline that feeds the humidifier. I did a Google search saw Andrew’s website called him. He came over within an hour or so fixed it permanently. Replaced my saddle valve with a real valve. Did an excellent job friendly service and explained other things in the furnace room. Hottie recommended you use Andrew.
